Parts Counteperson

Determine parts needs and accurately specify components for purchase. Create and modify purchase orders, then issue them to vendors to order parts. Record warranty returns, create special orders on the dealership system, and notify technicians or clients upon receipt. Review special order tracking, process and close invoices, and compare documents against requisitions to verify quality and quantity. Maintain records of outside purchases and parts received and issued, while performing ongoing warehouse inventory. Attend weekly department meetings. Requires one year of dealership warehouse experience and a high school diploma.
