Job Summary
Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements, then communicate with estimators regarding availability, delivery, and delays. Return incorrect parts immediately to vendors, monitor deliveries and track parts status, and drive parts-related KPIs. Mirror match part orders to corresponding repair orders, inspect incoming parts for damage, and check in parts throughout the repair process. Work closely with the General Manager, estimators, and technicians to resolve parts-related issues within the shop. Perform all other duties assigned, including physical tasks such as lifting up to 80lbs and repetitive motions. Required Qualifications
- Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel and pull
- Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs)
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating software is strongly preferred
