Job Summary
Parts Coordinator in Glendale, AZ responsible for pulling and fulfilling mechanic requisitions, verifying part condition and serials, processing ERP transactions (Corridor), notifying Buyers for replenishment, assisting in Sales Orders, receiving/shipping, and coordinating international shipments. Ensures FAA, company, and customer compliance; maintains orderly inventory and resolves discrepancies; supports outbound shipments including Hazmat and export documentation; collaborates with buyers, vendors, and technicians to minimize downtime and maintain aircraft readiness. Requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, experience with inventory systems (Dynamics/Workshop or similar), knowledge of shipping regulations including hazmat, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
