Job Summary
Manage the establishment, management, and growth of the Parts Department by identifying effective workflows and ensuring operational excellence. Communicate regularly with vendors, service advisors, estimators, and technicians while handling parts invoicing, returns, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the central parts ordering department to ensure accuracy and efficiency, investigating and resolving departmental concerns or routing issues to appropriate personnel. Respond to special requests to maintain overall department efficiency and organization. Requires high school diploma, two years of parts-related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts-related role
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
