Job Summary
Coordinate parts and attachment orders through the ERP, communicate with the Parts Manager on inventory levels, and pull needed items for service needs and customer purchases. Distribute stock orders, perform monthly audits on inventory by section, and load/unload trucks with parts. Assist customers with locating correct parts and run parts as needed. Read and comprehend part orders, packing lists, freight bills, and parts manuals. Monday through Friday, Monday to Friday, Bartow, FL 33830, Newman Tractor, Full-time, $20.00 per hour, Driver's License (Preferred), Parts: 1 year (Preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work to Bartow, FL 33830
- Self-motivation and self-accountability
- Organized
- Experience in Heavy Machinery Parts & Attachment Ordering
- Previous experience with Parts & Attachment ordering
- Previous experience with inventory management
- Customer Service
- Can read and comprehend part orders, packing lists, freight bills and parts manuals
- Be able to load and unload trucks with parts and attachments
