Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, in person, and via email while taking parts orders accurately and helping customers identify and resolve parts-related issues. Pull parts to fill orders for customers and technicians, ensuring all Parts and Rental orders are processed by the end of each day. Receive and organize incoming parts shipments, assist with loading software on components, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work as part of a team to achieve department and company goals in a fast-paced setting. This role supports daily parts operations at SITECH-SETX in Tomball, TX, focusing on efficient parts department operations and outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hands-on customer service role
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
Desired Qualifications
- Technical or mechanical coursework preferred
- Experience in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial work environment preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
