Job Summary
Own the receipt, storage, control, issue, pick, and delivery of inventory assets for MTS Minneapolis. Execute R/3 ERP functions and maintain accurate physical-to-record inventory with cycle counting, ensure protection of materials from damage, optimize storage locations, and create/confirm pick lists with serial-number linkage where required. Maintain ESD compliance (annual ESD training) and operate material handling equipment as needed. Preferred SAP ERP experience and forklift certification; strong attention to inventory accuracy, timely issue/delivery, and adherence to safety programs. This role follows a consistent four 9-hour shifts Monday–Thursday and a half-day Friday, with no weekend work required unless business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with one year relative experience
- Aptitude in comprehending and operating computerized inventory control system (ERP)
- ERP experience in SAP
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds as part of essential functions
