Job Summary
Parts Coordinator responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning auto parts for each repair order; verify parts accuracy/quality and ensure timely distribution to the shop per production schedule; enter parts invoices into MIS; label and track parts by RO#, communicate price changes (PPI); manage supplemental parts in MIS and reconcile invoices; maintain inventory with vendors to support efficient vehicle repairs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts
- I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
- Customer Service Oriented and strong organizational ability
- Experience with MIS tools (Summit, Repair Centre) and parts sourcing tools (Car-part, Progi, APU, LKQ)
