Parts Controller Executive

Manage, schedule, and supervise administrative operations while adjusting work procedures to ensure all incoming and outgoing goods have proper documentation. Place spare parts in appropriate storage areas and monitor inventory control, informing superiors of any stock issues such as missing or extra items. Verify item and quantity accuracy against purchase orders, inspect incoming goods quality, and update spare part records. Additionally, oversee name plate production for completed turbos when necessary. This role requires a diploma holder with at least two years of experience in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team under pressure.
