Job Summary
Manage counter sales focusing on internal and external customer satisfaction while maintaining attractive showroom displays. Promote and merchandise parts and accessories, then assist with verification, stocking, and ordering of parts to ensure inventory is organized and ready. Provide excellent customer service and offer helpful recommendations to keep equipment running smoothly. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to handle rotating weekends. Sales positions include a commission component alongside the base hourly rate.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a parts department, service department, or similar customer-facing role
- Ability to identify parts using catalogs, diagrams, and software systems
- Solid problem-solving and attention to detail
- Must have computer experience
- Must be customer orientated
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
- Rotating weekends will be required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Agricultural equipment
- Experience in an ag dealership, heavy equipment, or automotive parts environment
- Familiarity with brands like John Deere
- Prior experience with inventory systems or parts databases
