Job Summary
Provide expert advice on parts compatibility and technical specifications while managing complex special orders to ensure timely delivery. Upsell parts and accessories based on customer needs, building relationships through personalized follow-up. Assist with inventory control, conducting audits and reordering stock to maintain accurate levels of fast-moving items. Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to identify parts for repairs, and mentor Tier 1 Advisors on parts selection and system navigation. Monitor sales data to provide insights for stock management and forecasting. Full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with one weekend day every six weeks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- One weekend day every 6 weeks
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a marine, powersports, automotive, or dealership parts department
- Strong knowledge of boats, motors, and watersports equipment
- Familiarity with parts catalogs, lookup systems, and inventory software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Technical or marine-related certification
