Parts Clerk

Parts Clerk responsible for accurate inventory of parts, cycle counts, and timely response to part requests. Responsibilities include analyzing and reconciling inventory levels, recording data, requesting parts from internal/external sources, issuing parts from inventory to work orders, issuing purchase orders to vendors, processing warranty cores for return, restocking inventory, maintaining files/logbooks, and ensuring efficient part operations for shop personnel. Requires proficiency in data entry, good communication skills, ability to read/write English, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA; High School diploma or GED; 2-5 years of experience in a parts room within a manufacturing environment.
