Job Summary
The Parts Clerk is responsible for managing inventory and administrative tasks to support a remanufacturing operation and vehicle service department. Duties include preparing purchase orders, handling phone sales and counter parts, managing reorder levels, pulling parts for mechanics, documenting and inspecting incoming cores, shipping and invoicing parts, and maintaining stockroom cleanliness. The role requires quality work, adherence to safety procedures, strong attendance, and dependability. A high school diploma or GED, clean driving record, and forklift certification are preferred, along with good language skills.
