Parts Cashier

Greet customers and process parts purchases for retail, wholesale, and internal service customers. Accurately handle cash, checks, credit cards, and other payment transactions while issuing receipts, invoices, refunds, and credits. Answer incoming calls and direct parts-related inquiries, then balance the cash drawer and maintain accurate daily transaction records. Support the parts department with administrative duties, filing, and data entry as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized cashier and customer service area. Work closely with parts and service departments to ensure accurate billing.
