Parts Box Truck Delivery Driver

Job Summary
Deliver and pick up parts, cores, and supplies using a company-owned non-CDL box truck while verifying, loading, and unloading orders with accurate documentation. Plan delivery routes, communicate status updates, and perform daily vehicle inspections to maintain safe operation. Assist warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, pulling orders, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks to keep inventory organized. Provide professional customer service, report incidents promptly, and follow all safety policies and training requirements. Work flexible hours including overtime as needed, with up to 10% required travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate a non-CDL box truck safely
- Ability to pass company driving requirements
- Basic computer and mobile device skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work overtime or flexible schedule as needed
- Successfully complete Work Steps assessment
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Heavy equipment, construction, industrial, or automotive parts experience preferred
- Completion of company-approved Smith System Driver Training and box truck/Large Truck Safety Training, if applicable
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification if needed
