Parts Associate (Warehouse)

Job Summary
Order parts for customers and the service department by sourcing complex requests using catalogs and systems. Coordinate direct shipments between manufacturers and customers while managing receipt and stocking of all products, materials, and supplies. Unload, sort, and stock deliveries promptly, maintaining accurate inventory records and a clean, organized work environment. Complete purchase orders, quotes, sales orders, and shipping documents, and package crates to ensure safe delivery. Answer calls and respond to emails in a prompt manner while collaborating with logistics companies, service providers, customers, and other employees.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement 18+
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and email management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Forklift certified or able to pass and obtain certification
- Positive attitude, eager to learn and expand knowledge
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Capable of lifting items up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to pass a drug test
