Parts Associate/ Warehouse

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish by reading catalogs, answering phone calls, providing price quotes, and reviewing body shop estimates to verify parts and pricing. Pull and fill orders from stock while maintaining weekly bin checks, notify the manager of out-of-stock items, and locate parts from outside sources for emergency orders. Ensure all internal requests are billed correctly on service repair orders and receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization. Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly, professional manner regarding parts status. High School Diploma or equivalent required with prior auto parts sales experience preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record necessary.
