Job Summary
Order appliance parts from manufacturers and authorized distributors, tracking items from order placement through delivery. Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and parts records. Research part availability, substitutions, and backorder status, then coordinate with service technicians and office staff to ensure timely parts delivery. Return defective or unused parts per vendor procedures and maintain a clean, organized parts room and warehouse. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment, communicating proactively with vendors regarding shipping delays and order issues.
