Job Summary
Parts Associate responsible for greeting customers, assisting walk-in and phone inquiries to identify and supply parts and accessories, pointing out sales and specials, processing payments, conducting periodic inventory, maintaining appealing displays, updating customer mailing lists, and interfacing with service technicians to ensure Parts and Accessories needs are met. Requires familiarity with P&A management software, ability to assist technicians with parts requirements, recommend related parts, provide cost information on repair orders, keep inventory orderly, and uphold confidentiality per EEO guidelines.
