Job Summary
Order appliance parts from manufacturers and authorized distributors, tracking items from placement through delivery. Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and parts records. Research part availability, substitutions, and backorder status, then coordinate with service technicians and office staff to ensure timely parts delivery. Return defective or unused parts per vendor procedures and keep the parts room and warehouse clean and organized. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment, communicating proactively with vendors regarding shipping delays. Requires full-time status, proficiency with inventory management software, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
