Job Summary
Manage purchase orders and assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment by guiding them through product selection and providing expert recommendations. Execute daily purchase order recommendations for special and stock items, setting up new manufacturers and part numbers in the computer system while tracking inventories. Field and answer customer calls, handling inquiries regarding parts, pricing, and availability with patience to resolve concerns professionally. Requires good general computer skills, dependability, and strong organizational abilities to multi-task effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- The ability to take direction and think on your feet
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-focused attitude
- Must possess the ability to lift, carry, push and pull materials and objects weighing between 40-50lbs
- Required to bend, stoop, kneel, reach and climb to perform work
- May be required to stand, walk and use hands-fingers for long periods of time
