Parts Associate

Job Summary
Receive, stock, organize, and distribute parts and equipment in the warehouse and shop areas. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory cycle counts. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Pick up and deliver parts and supplies as needed using company vehicles. Assist technicians and fleet personnel with locating and issuing parts. Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces throughout the warehouse and shop. Communicate effectively with vendors, internal departments, and customers regarding parts availability and delivery status. Follow company safety procedures and policies at all times. Perform additional duties as assigned to support fleet and operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of warehouse experience preferred
- Experience operating forklifts preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred
- Effective customer communication and interpersonal skills
- Work environment includes warehouse and shop environments with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and heavy equipment operations
