Job Summary
The Parts Counter Associate handles customer service, retail, promotion, and stocking duties; assists customers with parts needs using knowledge and catalogs/databases to fill orders accurately and efficiently; processes sales transactions and manages payments, cores, warranties, and returns; offers substitutions or modifications of parts when exact replacements aren’t available; maintains a clean, organized counter and retail space, supports teamwork, and upholds a professional, safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service/retail experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required.
- Experience driving a forklift a plus.
