Job Summary
Initiate parts and accessory sales to branch customers via phone and in person, while ordering parts, posting to service orders, and pulling customer orders. Perform price estimates, assist with part cycle counts, and read job orders to ensure corrective action and documentation of delivery processes to company standards. Safely drive company vehicles and provide excellent customer service to communicate with customers and vendors, resolving issues effectively. Assist with installs of various trailer components requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role supports the expanding team at Great Dane's service centers, fostering relationships that last a lifetime within a collaborative environment focused on safety and quality.

- Proficient with computers, data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to assist with installs of the following parts: cross members, panels, posts, rails, door equipment, flooring, lights, wiring, brakes, valves, airlines, wheel end components, landing gear, frame assembly, and other parts; requiring the ability to lift up to 50Ibs.
- Valid Driver's License.
- A favorable background screening, Physical & Drug Screening, and proof of work authorization in the United States is required for employment.
