Parts Associate

Receive, handle, and store service parts while performing system transactions and dispatching goods, checking for damage and invoice discrepancies. Execute customer counter duties including greeting walk-ins, processing cash and card transactions, and managing paperwork. Communicate with internal and external customers to identify upselling opportunities for supporting products and services. Support sourcing and locating complex parts requests using catalogs and systems to procure items efficiently. Manage stock levels, operate forklifts, and handle shipping, receiving, inventory tasks, and core processing as assigned. Travel to the Mount Clemens branch twice weekly for coverage and support.
