Job Summary
Conduct daily interactions with customers to determine specialized product needs and provide price estimates for designated installations. Review each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement before scheduling, while maintaining prepayment logs and keeping customers apprised of work progress. Schedule installation appointments with service staff, monitor daily parts traffic, and receive parts for installations. Inspect vehicles to ensure proper parts are ordered and maintain a safe, clean work area. Cross-train to perform other duties as necessary. This role supports the sales and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction at Camping World, America's largest RV retailer.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of sales experience
- At least one year of previous RV or camping product experience
- Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
