Job Summary
Conduct daily interactions with customers to determine specialized product needs and provide price estimates for designated installations. Review each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement before scheduling installation appointments with service staff. Maintain and update prepayment logs, keep customers apprised of work progress, and monitor daily parts traffic to receive parts for installations. Inspect vehicles to ensure proper parts are ordered and provide excellent overall customer service while maintaining a safe, clean work area. May cross train to perform other duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of sales experience
- At least one year of previous RV or camping product experience
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- At least one year of sales experience is preferred
- At least one year of previous RV or camping product is preferred but not required
