Job Summary
Conduct daily customer interactions to identify specialized product needs and provide price estimates for designated installations. Review each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement before scheduling, while maintaining prepayment logs and updating customers on work progress. Coordinate installation appointments with service staff, monitor parts traffic, receive inventory, and inspect vehicles to ensure correct parts are ordered. Maintain a safe and clean work area, lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and cross-train as necessary. This role supports the sales and service teams within Camping World's national network of RV dealerships and service centers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of sales experience
- At least one year of previous RV or camping product experience
- Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
