Job Summary
Inside sales role focused on wholesale parts for multiple OEM brands, processing orders via phone, email, and digital platforms, and account management. Serves as the primary inside sales contact for wholesale customers, expanding share of wallet within existing accounts and eventually handling orders for 3 to 5 additional brands. Works in a centralized sales environment without warehouse responsibilities; collaborates with OSRs, warehouse, and delivery teams. Requires proactive cross-selling, accurate quote-to-order processing, and strong relationships with collision centers and independent repair facilities. Must be proficient with OE catalogs and collision-estimating systems (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex) and wholesale ordering platforms (CollisionLink, RepairLink, OPS Trax, CCC, Parts Trader) and dealership systems (CDK).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive parts sales.
- Experience working with multiple OEM brands strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of collision and mechanical parts ordering processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inbound sales activity while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Proficiency with OE electronic parts catalogs (across multiple OEM brands preferred).
- Experience using collision estimating systems including CCC, Mitchell, and Audatex (preferred).
- Familiarity with wholesale ordering platforms including CollisionLink, RepairLink, OPS Trax, CCC and Parts Trader.
- Working knowledge of dealership management systems including CDK for order processing, inventory visibility, and customer account management.
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and multi-system navigation.
