Job Summary
Pick, pack, and dispatch parts orders accurately and on time. Receive, check, and record incoming parts deliveries and invoices. Assist the Parts Supervisor with warranty claims and parts administration while carrying out system operations, inventory management, and warehouse support tasks. Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies, ensuring accurate tracking of parts in and out. Physically capable of manual warehouse work including lifting and organizing heavy items. Eligibility to work in the Netherlands required.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience booking parts in and out, performing inventory counts, and reporting inventory or parts discrepancies within parts or warehouse operations
- Experience with parts administration
- Physically capable of manual warehouse work, including lifting and organizing heavy items and standing or walking for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills for daily work interactions
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations within machinery, construction equipment, automotive parts, industrial equipment, or related industries
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems
- Background in machinery, engineering machinery, or industrial equipment
- Ability to identify common mechanical parts, including hydraulic components, electrical parts, structural parts, and engine parts
- Familiarity with local Dutch logistics processes
- A valid Dutch forklift certificate
