Job Summary
Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing while handling daily orders including shipping and receiving. Obtain and prepare parts quotes, order inventory for rental equipment, and coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for both company and customer-owned gear. Confirm invoice accuracy, align with service departments and delivery schedules, and oversee the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization. Coordinate with the service department and delivery schedules. Maintain inventory levels and process orders efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a clean driving record
- Must possess exceptional customer service, organization, time management and communication skills
- Ability to operate a forklift/telehandler to unload and load freight trucks
- Must be able to lift up to 75-100 lbs
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
- Some roles require passing a drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plus
- Previous or current experience with budgeting
- Knowledge of excel and the use of spreadsheets
