Parts Assistant

Receive and check in parts by matching delivered items to repair orders and ensuring they are placed on the parts cart. Inspect all delivered parts for damage upon arrival, returning incorrect items to the vendor immediately if they are not available within two hours of expected drop-off. Monitor deliveries by regularly communicating with vendors on parts status and coordinate parts invoicing by ensuring invoices are posted in the estimating platform, making corrections as necessary. This role supports the operations of Crash Champions, the largest founder-led multi-shop operator of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S., which services customers at over 650 locations across 38 states.
