Job Summary
Receive and check in parts by matching delivered items to repair orders and ensuring they are placed and accounted for on the parts cart. Inspect delivered parts for damage upon delivery and immediately return incorrect parts to the vendor if not available within two hours. Monitor deliveries by regularly communicating with vendors on parts status and coordinate parts invoicing by ensuring invoices are posted in the estimating platform with necessary corrections. This role supports the operations of Crash Champions, the largest founder-led multi-shop operator of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S., which includes the growing Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified brand.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver's License
