Job Summary
Receive and check in parts by matching delivered items to repair orders and ensuring they are accounted for on the parts cart. Inspect delivered parts for damage upon arrival, returning incorrect parts to vendors immediately if issues arise. Monitor deliveries by regularly communicating with vendors on parts status and coordinate parts invoicing by ensuring invoices are posted in the estimating platform with necessary corrections. This role supports Crash Champions, the largest founder-led multi-shop operator of high-quality collision repair service, which operates over 650 locations across 38 states.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver's License
