Job Summary
Receive and check in parts by matching delivered items to repair orders and ensuring they are placed on the parts cart. Inspect all parts for damage upon delivery, returning incorrect items to the vendor immediately if unavailable within two hours. Monitor deliveries by regularly communicating with vendors on parts status and coordinate invoicing by posting charges in the estimating platform, making corrections as necessary. This role supports Crash Champions, the largest founder-led multi-shop operator of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S., which operates over 650 locations across 38 states.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver's License
