Job Summary
Order, purchase, pull, and maintain inventory and supplies efficiently while keeping the parts room neat and organized. Research and update product sources, and keep sales, returns, or exchanges accurate in the cash register. Maintain high standards of customer service by greeting customers, answering telephone inquiries, and communicating order status. Assure accurate completion of all UPS, credit card, requisition, and invoice information while assisting in inventory control and audits. Keep accurate records, inventory, and forms as required. Previous dealership or parts job experience is preferred, with proficiency in word and Excel applications. Working hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Tuesday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Previous dealership/parts job or related experience preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to meet the public courteously and to obtain and give correct information
- Ability to operate a cash register/point of sale system and record and handle transactions
- Proficiency in word and excel applications
- Working hours will be 8:30-5:00 Tuesday through Saturday
