Job Summary
Supply Chain Planning Analyst for Cox Automotive EV Battery Solutions. You will forecast demand and support material planning using historical data and production schedules, monitor and replenish inventories to maintain optimal stock, process and validate material orders, generate inventory reports and KPIs, and identify/discard obsolete or slow-moving inventory. You’ll manage backorders and reorders, coordinate material flow with procurement, logistics, production, and suppliers, communicate inventory risks and performance insights, and support or lead process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Roles may be filled at Analyst I or Analyst II level depending on experience, with responsibilities ranging from supporting inventory planning to independently managing it. Preferred qualifications include experience in inventory planning/MRP, ERP systems familiarity, and knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy across multiple systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment
