Job Summary
Manage sales orders from dealers and distributors, ensuring timely and accurate processing while coordinating with relevant departments for smooth fulfillment. Coordinate shipment of parts and accessories to market warehouses, monitor inventory levels, and guarantee adequate stock during promotional campaigns. Provide support to dealers and distributors by handling parts-related complaints and resolving issues promptly with customer service and supply chain teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics, with SAP proficiency preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
