Job Summary
Parts Advisor to assist customers and service staff in identifying and sourcing automotive parts, manage inventory including ordering/receiving/stocking, process transactions, handle returns and warranties, and provide excellent in-person and phone customer service. Responsibilities include accurately identifying parts using catalogs and manufacturer resources, maintaining a clean and compliant parts department, and supporting parts lookup systems and basic computer tasks. Prior automotive parts sales or dealership experience and strong knowledge of automotive systems are preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
