Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, answer parts inquiries, and provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and installation. Order and track parts for clients with ongoing repairs, coordinate orders with the service team, and conduct regular inventory counts. Maintain strong communication with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely job completion and foster mutually beneficial business relationships. Process parts orders accurately while supporting seamless vehicle and client relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills in person as well as over the phone
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office software
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- A strong attention to detail and the drive to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Previous parts experience considered an asset
