Job Summary
Parts Advisor role at Steele Auto Group (Steele Mazda St. John's) responsible for ordering and tracking auto parts for ongoing vehicle repairs, coordinating with technicians and service departments to ensure timely parts delivery, processing parts orders accurately, conducting regular inventory checks, and maintaining productive relationships with suppliers. Requires parts experience (asset), strong customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, attention to detail, team collaboration, and a proactive, learning-oriented attitude to support seamless service for Mazda vehicles (e.g., Mazda3, CX-5, CX-50, CX-90).
Required Qualifications
- Previous parts experience considered an asset
- Strong customer service skills in person as well as over the phone
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office software
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- A strong attention to detail and the drive to learn
