Job Summary
Assist retail and wholesale customers and service technicians in identifying, locating, and ordering the correct parts and accessories. Process parts orders by retrieving inventory, maintain accurate stock levels through regular checks, and receive incoming shipments. Provide accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines while ensuring the department remains organized and clean. Collaborate with service advisors to fulfill requests promptly, process returns and warranty claims, and deliver professional phone and in-person service. Stay informed on product updates and industry trends. Pay range $4000-$7500/month; benefits include 401(k) matching, health insurance, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and locate parts quickly
- Excellent customer service, communication, and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to calculate pricing, discounts, and margins using basic math and Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy when fulfilling orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliably commute to Watford City, ND
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a parts counterperson, parts advisor, or in an automotive parts retail environment preferred
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) a plus
- Valid driver's license preferred
