Job Summary
Handle inbound trade sales calls and outbound outreach to generate new and re-engage lapsed trade customers. Provide pricing information to secure business, order required parts for delivery to local centers, and agree on payment and delivery schedules. Liaise with dealerships to resolve issues while maintaining a professional telephone manner and building long-lasting relationships. Work 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday at the Toyota Leeds Contact Centre.
Required Qualifications
- Have gained experience in stock ordering in a similar role
- Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Be confident, professional and an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering great customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Have the ability to build a long lasting relationship with our customers and have a good understanding of their needs in order to guide them towards the product they require
