Take telephone orders, upsell to increase invoice value, and conduct outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales. Build long-term rapport with local customers, actively promote offers and discounts, and limit credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts first time. You will be punctual, organised, and efficient while working towards deadlines, demonstrating empathy and excellent communication skills.
