Job Summary
Manage the retail and workshop parts department by assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties, completing vehicle health checks, and ensuring accurate stock control. Process customer orders and returns on the same day while answering calls and providing excellent customer care. Log any stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager and maintain precise administrative records. Work Monday to Friday with Saturday rota coverage, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team for onboarding.
