Job Summary
Answer incoming calls for parts orders, assist customers at the parts counter, and identify required parts to process orders. Ship parts to customers, receive deliveries, inspect components, and enter inventory data. Review TrinDocs for quotes, billing, and truck stock replenishment. Assist with parts quotes as needed, stock Road Technician truck inventory, and issue parts to Technicians. Maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks under pressure. This role supports MasonLift's comprehensive parts support for material handling equipment dealers in BC.
Required Qualifications
- High school completion
- up to 2 - 5 years' work experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to load/unload boxes
- Ability to pack up parts

- General knowledge of standard material handling parts and accessories
- Planning and organizing skills
- Proficient with MS Excel
