Job Summary
Assist customers and internal teams with parts-related questions via person, email, and phone. Effectively communicate estimated parts ship and arrival times while providing support for technical parts inquiries. Accurately record parts transactions and data into the Dealer Management System. Prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of work to meet daily metric goals. Perform other duties as needed in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role offers flexible schedules including evening and Saturday hours, with opportunities for career advancement within MileOne Autogroup.
