Job Summary
Parts Advisor in St Albans responsible for handling enquiries, creating quotes, liaising with suppliers, processing and invoicing orders, updating customers/drivers on repair or parts progress, and supporting workshops with technical information; experience with vehicle parts, powertrain knowledge, and familiarity with Audatex, Partslink24 and Autodata preferred; 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with benefits including uniform/PPE, parking, holiday entitlement, pension, and volunteer day.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in vehicle parts, service or working as a mechanic / vehicle technician
- Knowledge and a basic understanding of vehicle parts and components particularly the powertrain
- Good IT skills, experience of using 1 link, Audatex , Partslink 24, Autodata and other automotive systems would be beneficial
- A professional telephone manor and good communication skills
- Strong organisational skills including managing your own workload
