Pull purchased parts from stock, set up orders for daily shipment or pick-up, and ensure all received items are defect-free and correct. Source requested parts per ReconTrac, process invoices and purchase orders, and communicate with technicians and inspectors to verify accurate requests. Properly estimate parts with three available options and follow up on all part requests while maintaining friendly, professional, and efficient service. This role supports HGreg's retail and service departments across Florida, California, and Quebec, facilitating direct customer and technician interfaces for parts and accessories sales.
