Job Summary
Part Advisor role at Fox Motors in Hudsonville, MI: assist customers with selecting parts over the counter, via shop, or by phone; inform about companion parts and specials; review body shop estimates for pricing consistency; notify service advisor and customer when special-ordered parts arrive; follow up on back-ordered parts; assist outside sales reps with orders; ensure signed charge sales; set up daily shipments, deliveries, or pickups; stay current on new products and product updates; requires strong customer focus, good communication, tech affinity, and ability to multitask and stay organized.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience and desire to work with technology to drive an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
